The more muscle you have, the less likely you are to get injured. You are more likely to survive hard impacts, and walk away. Muscle acts as armor to the human body and helps to protect your joints. Resistance training increases bone density. Stronger bones are harder to break.

Muscular endurance enables you to do repetitive movements for longer periods.

Muscular strength allows you to move big objects around in space.

Both of which we do on the bike.

DIRT BIKING IS A BRUTAL FULL BODY WORKOUT.

Dirt biking is a total body workout, so you need to train the whole body. It is a unit and should be trained as one. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and gravity all to our advantage to get the most out of the gym. We don’t advertise unrealistic fairy tales, or promote 10 day juice cleanses.

Put in the work, eat real food, and reap the rewards.

SMALL MUSCLES MATTER TOO

Not only will Enduro Method provide a total body workout but we will also focus on strengthening the muscles prone to injury and fatigue on the bike. Your body is a complex mechanism, no system works independently from all others. The same applies to how your muscular and cardiovascular system work. It is not enough to just work part of it, and disregard other parts. It all must be used and trained to work together. Enduro Method provides a path to follow that takes all the guesswork out of the equation.
